Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a 90% refund as there is a 10% restocking fee. Buyer will also be responsible for return shipping costs unless they received an incorrect or damaged order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the lower 48 states of the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

 

*COVID-19 Shipping Notice: Due to vendor staff shortages and widespread shipping challenges, please allow 4-8 weeks for any freight orders to arrive. If there are any delays beyond 8 weeks, we will contact you to update you on the status of your order. We will keep you updated on all order progress as updates become available.


*COVID-19 LTL Freight Notice: We strive to always charge a fair amount for your LTL freight shipments. The shipping you pay for in the checkout is an automated estimate from our shipping partners. In some cases, the freight estimates we are given in the checkout and the actual rates charged vary. If there is a significant difference in the actual rate charged compared to the amount quoted, and you were overcharged for shipping, we will refund you the difference. If the actual rate is more than what you paid at checkout, you will be contacted and asked if you want to pay the additional amount. If you decline to pay the additional freight costs, your order will be canceled, and you will receive a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
