These fittings are mill-duty steel fabrications for dry bulk material handling: spouting, valves, slide gates, adjustable spout ends, and industrial ductwork for air and dust systems. Construction uses laser cutting, high-definition plasma, computerized rolling, automatic seam welding, press brakes, and stamping so parts match the spout and gate patterns used throughout the grain industry.

Finish: Mill-galvanized steel for outdoor and wet-grain service.
Elbows. Grain elbows are built as 22-1/2° sections, 45° two-piece, and 67-1/2° three-piece. 4" & 5" elbows use 1" flanges; 6", 8" and 10" elbows use 1-1/4" flanges; 12" through 24" elbows use 1-1/2" flanges. All urethane, AR, and tile-lined elbows use a 10 ga housing. Lined elbows (blue urethane, 5/16" orange urethane, 7 ga AR, 1/4" AR, 5/16" ceramic-chip, 1/4" ceramic tile) use a 10 ga housing. Air-handling segmented elbows are a separate primed/galvanized duct line (30°, 45°, 60°, 90°) and are not grain elbows. A single 22-1/2° 6" 10 ga section is a small fitting (~3–5 lb, roughly 10" × 10" × 8"). A 24" 67-1/2° three-piece lined elbow is a freight item several feet on a side.
Capacities assume clean, dry whole grain at 40° or steeper. Wet corn should be spouted at 45° minimum. Lining and fittings reduce capacity. Use these figures as planning guidelines and confirm the selection for your application before you order.
