These fittings are mill-duty steel fabrications for dry bulk material handling: spouting, valves, slide gates, adjustable spout ends, and industrial ductwork for air and dust systems. Construction uses laser cutting, high-definition plasma, computerized rolling, automatic seam welding, press brakes, and stamping so parts match the spout and gate patterns used throughout the grain industry.

Finish: Primed gray (Sherwin-Williams shop-coat primer) carbon steel.
45° branch / wye. Splits or combines grain flow. Round wyes are typically 10 ga on 6"–10" and 7 ga on 12"–20". Square branches are offered as Offset, Y, and Three-Way bodies in 10 ga, 7 ga, 1/4" wall, and lined constructions (7 ga AR, 1/4" AR, expanded-metal-backed blue/orange urethane, ceramic-chip urethane, 1/4" ceramic tile). Typical capacity guidelines use ~70 BPH per square inch of interior area for 8" and larger spouts on clean corn, soybeans, or wheat at 40° or greater. Target grain velocity under 1,750 FPM to limit kernel damage and premature wear . Centerline length grows with diameter; a 12" square 45° Y is roughly a 30–36" shipping cube. Flanges follow common mill-duty punch patterns used on this product family.
Distributor valve. Pan-type two-way (Y or offset), three-way, four-way, premium double-pan, drop-out, and spout-in-spout valves. Y-style premium double-pan valves must be installed vertically as shown; offset styles must not be installed vertically. Round-in/round-out bodies are heavier and taller than square-in/square-out of the same nominal size. 10 ga pan valves are the standard galvanized line; premium double-pan valves are 7 ga. An optional 7 ga AR liner add-on is available. Electric (1/3 HP Duff-Norton actuator, ~2.8 in/sec) and air-cylinder packages bolt on — add the matching actuator or air kit from this site. A 10" galvanized two-way Y typically ships in a 30–36" cube and weighs on the order of 80–120 lb unlined; four-way and spout-in-spout bodies are substantially larger (see listing weight).
Capacities assume clean, dry whole grain at 40° or steeper. Wet corn should be spouted at 45° minimum. Lining and fittings reduce capacity. Use these figures as planning guidelines and confirm the selection for your application before you order.
