These fittings are mill-duty steel fabrications for dry bulk material handling: spouting, valves, slide gates, adjustable spout ends, and industrial ductwork for air and dust systems. Construction uses laser cutting, high-definition plasma, computerized rolling, automatic seam welding, press brakes, and stamping so parts match the spout and gate patterns used throughout the grain industry.

Finish: 304 stainless steel for corrosive, food-grade, or fertilizer service.
Screw-conveyor punched gate / flange. Opening is sized to standard U-trough / industrial screw discharges (example: 9" screw uses a 10" gate; 12" screw uses a 13-1/4" gate; 16" screw uses a 17-1/4" gate; 24" screw uses a 25-1/4" gate). Available as slide, roller, and premium gates with optional weather covers. Flanges offered punched flat or angle-iron. Gate height remains the 5-1/2" standard unless a custom height is ordered.
Flanges & angle rings. standard punching used on this product family. Sample angle-ring data from the published capacity tables: 6" ring ≈ 1.8 lb, ID 6-1/16", bolt circle 7-1/2", 6 holes; 10" scales up similarly. Square flanges: 6" uses 1-1/4" × 3/16" stock; 12"–24" use 1-1/2" × 3/16"; 30"–36" use 2" × 3/16". Custom hole size, count, and spacing are available — choose the closest standard option here or contact us for a custom punch. Ships stacked; a bundle of small rings is typically 12" × 12" × 4".
Capacities assume clean, dry whole grain at 40° or steeper. Wet corn should be spouted at 45° minimum. Lining and fittings reduce capacity. Use these figures as planning guidelines and confirm the selection for your application before you order.
