These fittings are mill-duty steel fabrications for dry bulk material handling: spouting, valves, slide gates, adjustable spout ends, and industrial ductwork for air and dust systems. Construction uses laser cutting, high-definition plasma, computerized rolling, automatic seam welding, press brakes, and stamping so parts match the spout and gate patterns used throughout the grain industry.

Finish: 304 stainless steel for corrosive, food-grade, or fertilizer service.
Transitions / reducers / inlets. Square-to-round, square-to-square, and round-to-round reducers in 14 ga, 12 ga, 10 ga, and 7 ga. Standard and premium round-to-square inlets match Nolin spout and square-spout punch patterns. Lined transitions are built on a 10 ga shell. Custom offsets, cornered transitions, and flanges-on-angle can be quoted. A typical 8×8-to-8" round 10 ga transition ships about 16–20" cube.
Capacities assume clean, dry whole grain at 40° or steeper. Wet corn should be spouted at 45° minimum. Lining and fittings reduce capacity. Use these figures as planning guidelines and confirm the selection for your application before you order.
