Choose a vertical discharge to make it easier to discharge directly into a truck, trailer or other equipment!

• On bins 48' dia. and smaller, our 16'6" standard vertical makes it easier to discharge directly into a truck, trailer or mill

• Double flighting on the intake auger

• 16'6" tall commercial double drive vertical can be used on 24' thru 120' diameter bins

OPTIONS:

6" VERTICAL DRIVE UNIT

Unit consists of: 14 gauge galvanized tube assembly with flange; 1" flight stubs; 7 gauge flight welded onto 1-1/4" O.D. shaft; “BX” belts and 12" drive sheave. Maximum Capacity is 1250 BPH.

8" VERTICAL DRIVE UNIT

Unit consists of: 12 gauge galvanized tube assembly with flange; 1-1/4" flight stubs; 7 gauge DuraEdge® flight welded onto 1.9" O.D. shaft; “BX” belts and 12" drive sheave. Maximum Capacity is 2500 BPH. Includes 6"-8" adapter kit.

10" VERTICAL DRIVE UNIT

Unit consists of: 12 gauge galvanized tube assembly with flange; 1-1/2" flight stubs; 7 gauge DuraEdge® flight welded onto 2-3/8" O.D. shaft; “BX” belts and 12" drive sheave. Maximum Capacity is 3750 BPH. Includes 8"-10" adapter kit.

The Vertical Drive Units are intended for use with Standard Bin Unload and Standard Duty Direct Gear Drive Bin Sweep Auger Kits. *8" and 10" Vertical Drive Units are NOT PERMITTED for use with Standard Duty Direct Gear Drive Bin Sweep Auger Kits in bin diameters 39' and greater. NOTE: For High Capacity or High Moisture, use one size larger motor. Longer Belt NOTE: Longer belts may be required when using larger framed motors, due to High Capacity or to High Moisture applications.
