EasyFlow2 Bin Unloads
AGI Westeel’s EasyFlow2 Unload Systems are designed for the rigors of on-farm use and feature superior durability, strength and performance. Our unique unloads designed with an aggressive wheel tread pattern, adjustable backboard and unique fender, grain cleanout is made easy and efficient. The AGI EasyFlow2 unload lineup includes the Standard Output, High Output U-Trough or Tube unload systems to match your operation.
Extension Kits
- Extension kits can be connected together, but do not connect more than 2 extensions per unit. Maximum overall lengths should not exceed 18'.
- Any extension over 6' in length should be supported at every joint connection. Supports are not supplied in the standard kit and will be required to be built and installed on site.
- All extensions must be installed between the control trough and power-head sections of the u-trough.
Additional Power Requirements for Extension Kits
- An additional 0.3 HP per foot of extension should accounted for when siding the motor for the unload. Refer to the current EasyFlow2 assembly manual for standard horsepower requirements.
- The drive components can accommodate up to a 40HP motor. For motors over 25HP, mounting holes will be need to be added to the motor mount plate on site.
