These fittings are mill-duty steel fabrications for dry bulk material handling: spouting, valves, slide gates, adjustable spout ends, and industrial ductwork for air and dust systems. Construction uses laser cutting, high-definition plasma, computerized rolling, automatic seam welding, press brakes, and stamping so parts match the spout and gate patterns used throughout the grain industry.

Adjustable spout end (ASE). A proven load-out fitting. Preferred for corn, soybeans, and feed pellets. Adjusts from 90° straight down to 35° on 6"–14" sizes. Sizes 16"–24" adjust 10° each side of the ordered entry degree. Original style, low-profile style, and premium style with expansion joint are available. Optional liner packages cover baffles and sloped plates (AR, urethane, ceramic).

Use these figures for platform clearance and freight cube. A 10" original-style ASE ships in a carton on the order of 32" × 25" × 12".
Lining materials. Catalog options: 1/4" cloth-back blue urethane; 5/16" cloth-back orange urethane; expanded-metal-backed blue / orange / ceramic-chip urethane; 7 ga AR plate; 1/4" AR plate; 4"×6" × 1/4" or 1/2" ceramic tile; 6"×6" hex tile sheets. Expanded-metal-backed blue urethane is the preferred liner for most grain. AR is specified for high-impact zones. Tile is used on the most severe wear. Cup bolts (1/4" × 1") fasten urethane. Tile uses a matching resin kit (about 300 of the 4×6 tiles per kit). Sheet goods ship rolled or flat; a 4'×10' urethane roll is a 48" × 12" × 12" class freight piece.
Add-on item. This SKU is priced as an addition to a parent valve, gate, spout end, retarder, or cyclone. It is not a standalone machine. Match size and finish to the parent product. Combined shipping weight is parent plus this add-on.
Capacities assume clean, dry whole grain at 40° or steeper. Wet corn should be spouted at 45° minimum. Lining and fittings reduce capacity. Use these figures as planning guidelines and confirm the selection for your application before you order.
